I have had a stuffy nose at night for the past few months. I have tried several things, but nothing works. What should I do?

I tried: open window, nose drops to humidify, salt water in nose, Vicks, essential oil on pillow and hypoallergenic raised pillow.

Hello Ma'am,
Have you tried using Sinus Rinse™ before bed?
Also, have you seen a connection between the severity of your symptoms and your menstrual cycle? In other words, is it *always* worse in the second week after your period?

Hello,
I have been using Salinex but have not been using Sinus Rinse.
No I have not seen any difference in my symptoms related to my menstrual cycle. I have a stuffy nose at all times during the night and more intensely in the middle of the night.
I will try Sinus Rinse. I hope it will be more effective than Salinex.
Thank you

Do you recommend Tylenol Sinus?

Indeed, Salinex™ really doesn't perform as well as Sinus Rinse™. The change is worth it in my opinion!
No, I do not recommend the decongestants present in these types of medications. They are less effective and cause more side effects.
