Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Was Sinus Rinse at least partially effective?
Do you have any other symptoms right now?
Have you tried anything else for them?

sinus rinse clears up the time I do it but my nose reboots 2 minutes later I did the same thing a month ago and it ended up in sinusitis with antibiotics the nose that clogs up gives me pressure in the head and gives me headaches so if it stays clogged I get migraines but with otrivin it clears up instantly but I don't know if it's safe for baby

Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry for the delay I didn't see the notification!
The first line of treatment for congestion, discharge, sinus pressure and coughing is nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
There are some decongestant nasal sprays that can be used for 3 to 5 days during pregnancy but nasal hygiene is best as non-pharmacological measures are preferred during pregnancy. Your pharmacist will be able to tell you which one depending on the active ingredient and inventory. The active ingredient we are looking for isoxymetazoline.
I hope I have been helpful to you and remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
