My baby's stool color has changed, is this a concern?

My 4 month old baby has been making khaki green colored poops with a foamy consistency for the last 3-4 days, his general condition is good, he is exclusively breastfed He was not like this before so I am worried even though his condition is good

I would like to reassure you that the appearance and consistency of a baby's stools can vary greatly, but this does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as the baby remains in good condition and drinks, wets and soils his diaper.
