Do I have to see a doctor if my partner has gonorrhea?

I had a sexual encounter (oral) with someone who tested positive to gonorrhea 4 days ago. He just told me that he tested positive. I'm wondering if there's post exposure medication I can take now or do I have to get tested and see a doctor.
