Is it normal to still not have my period? The average seems to be one month/one and a half.

Hello, I gave birth last July and breastfed until the end of September. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative. The test must be done according to the cycles. Since I don't have my period, I don't know what the ideal moment is. Should I do it again at several intervals? Thank you

Good morning, ma'am,
A return to regular menstruation may take several months after giving birth and if you have been breastfeeding. As you mentioned, it is difficult to determine the length of your cycle.
If you have had unprotected sex and/or are trying to conceive, I suggest that you have a urine test with your first morning urine every 5-7 days or until you have a positive result or your period.
I hope I have been helpful to you, I remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,

Thank you for the follow-up. It is not the goal to get pregnant and I am on the birth control pill. I found the return of my period late though.

Thank you for the information. If you are taking the birth control pill, it may prevent you from having periods of bleeding.
