Nausea and diarrhea since 3 days, when are you going to consult? I'm trying to stay hydrated and eat a little but it's starting to worry me.

Sorry first for the delay in response.

All but 1 in 5 patients (17%) experience nausea after taking Femara™. That said, this medication is only very rarely linked to diarrhea. So it may well be that it's all caused by a small virus.

There's no need to worry if you don't have a fever and manage to keep some fluids down. In fact, we'll look for signs of dehydration (very dark or absent urine, dry skin, dry lips, etc.) before we think about seeking medical attention.

Continue to keep yourself well hydrated, that's what you need to do until your body has managed to get rid of this virus!
