For information and following an episode of arrhythmia that occurred in September 2021, a medication was prescribed to me by the Montreal Heart Institute - Flecainide 50 mg. As soon as I took it, reactions appeared and I stopped taking it after 4 or 5 days. For information, I take Sotatol 80mg daily and I am 72 years old. Hello, The flecainide replaced the sotatol for 4, 5 days. I am back on sotalol since I have not tried anything I had discussed the problem with flecainide with the pharmacist at the time who advised me to return to the cardiology institute.
