I have a rash in my mouth?

I have a white spot on my tonsils and red pins on the back of my mouth. I often have recurring tonsillitis. I have a white spot that appeared on my tonsil on September 9 and has not gone away since. For the past 2 days I have had red pins in the back of my mouth (I have a picture but I don't think I can attach it to the message). I haven't seen a doctor because I don't think it's tonsillitis since I have no other symptoms (no pain, no fever, no cough, no sore throat, etc). I've never had red pins like this though so I just want to make sure it's nothing serious.

Do you have or have you had any other symptoms such as sore throat, fever, cough, stuffy or runny nose, or any other symptoms?

Have you tried anything for this?

In the absence of other symptoms, I would only suggest monitoring the situation. Drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot as you prefer.

If the situation persists for more than a week or worsens, I suggest that you consult a doctor, purely as a precaution.
