My C-section scar is a little red and the skin is crumbling, what should I do?

I noticed redness and small peeling skin around my c-section scar (last c-section 6 years ago). No itching, sore, smell or pain. I have a lot of excess skin so I usually dry it out well and apply a powder (without cornstarch) to keep it dry.

Hello ma'am,
A scar is more likely to be a less mature skin that is more sensitive. Usually a fragrance-free moisturizer is sufficient for this, as long as you apply it regularly 2-3 times a day for several weeks.
Avoid scented perfumes and soaps, and I suggest patting the skin dry after bathing or showering, then applying the moisturizer quickly afterwards
Sincerely,
