I have mucus in my throat without a sore throat, which disappears when I eat, but then comes back. No pain. What to do?

Good general health. No medications. No allergies. Nothing special.

Hello Ma'am,
Has the mucus been there a long time? And do you suffer from seasonal allergies?

Hello,
Yes, since last year I would say. Sometimes it goes away and then it comes back! But since the beginning of the week, in the evenings, it's really tannoying.
I've never had a seasonal allergy.
Thank you!

Ok great!
You could try doing the Sinus Rinse™ twice a day for at least 5-7 days to see if the mucus will be less.
It's that the most common cause of mucus in the throat is related to mucus in the nose running down the throat (hence my question about allergies).

Thank you! I'm going to try this! However, I don't have any congestion in my nose. I'm still going to give it a try though. :)

Yes, you never know!
The congestion may be absent precisely because the mucus is flowing directly down your throat.
Come back to me in 7 days if it doesn't work.
:)
