Hello, since last summer I have been having nosebleeds. In one nostril only, the frequency of bleeding has increased since this winter. Maybe it's because it's dry, but I have nosebleeds almost every day. I don't have any pain in my nostril. Most of the time I put a tampon (regular) and after 1 minute it is full. It takes about 10 minutes each time. Thanks a lot! :)

Hello, when you heat a lot, it dries out a lot. Check that the humidity in the house is at 30%. Use rhinaris nozoil 4 times a day (sesame oil) regularly. You can also try Vaseline. Consult if despite this the bleeding persists.
