I have had beige "lumps" in my tonsil cavities. What is causing this? Should I consult?

I started to feel pain on one side in my throat. There were two visible beige pieces hidden in cavities in my tonsils. It hurt slightly, it felt like they were tickling my throat. When one piece fell out, I could see others coming up to the surface of the cavity. Eventually, several pieces came out. They were also smelly. As soon as the pieces came out, no more pain. I have not changed my oral hygiene and my dental appointment was only 2 months ago. Is this a reason to visit?

Good evening,
Yes, I think that a consultation with a doctor (or dentist perhaps) would probably be necessary. You need an evaluation of your back of the throat to find the problem and treat it properly. Your description is very detailed, but unfortunately it is impossible for me to validate what it could be
