My cholesterol level is 9.34 and my triglyceride level is 11.43. I took Lipitor for many years, but I stopped because I had muscle pain that disabled me. What should I do?

Hello,
There are several medications that can be used to lower your blood cholesterol, Lipidil being one of many. Since I lack a lot of information to make a recommendation, the best thing to do would be to talk to your pharmacist or your doctor who, depending on your health status, the medications you are taking and especially your overall risk of developing a heart problem, will be able to determine with you which option would be best
In the meantime, it would also be relevant to look at whether certain lifestyle habits such as physical activity (e.g. walking) or diet can be improved to lower your cholesterol
