Since a baby's skin is very fragile to chemical exposure (and very moisturized), I recommend not applying anything to the scratch. It will heal by itself in a few days.

To prevent this from happening too often, use small newborn "mittens" until the nails have grown enough to be cut.

Thank you! I had cut her nails but she managed to get over the same wound. So I cut it again. I will take your advice and not put anything on her nose. Have a great day! :)
