My 4 year old boy has loose stools and a cold, when should I consult?

Hello my 4 year old boy had a cold/flu at the beginning of February and since February 21 he has had stomach aches, he wakes up at night to have a very liquid stool. During the day he eats very little and can go to the toilet only once (liquid stool too). He is weak, good mood. the Diharree ended this Thursday March 2 ( he lost more than 3% of his initial weight ), I was consulted and tests were administered, but all negative. After that, rashes started and strangely they would disappear within a few hours and then come back (it was not the foot hand mouth). My boy has no allergies and we don't have pets. He had not eaten anything or been in contact with anything. We have seen two doctors and they have never seen this. I am attaching the pictures (just for your information.)

Hello ma'am, is this diarrhea? Has he had these symptoms since February 21 again? Have you tried anything for these symptoms? Thanks for the feedback, please forgive my late reply!
