Without contraceptive my cycles are on average 24-26 days. i use them continuously. My bleeding is light, I also have breast pain and a bit of tightness in my belly.

Hello, In order to answer your question, I need to validate some information Do you usually use the patch continuously, i.e. without a break between 2 patches? Is your bleeding heavy like menstruation or light but constant? When was the last time you took a break from birth control? I feel like your body is due for a break. Your bleeding seems to be spotting. The breast pain and tightness in your lower abdomen are probably hormonal
