What can I use during pregnancy instead of Sinus Rinse and Tylenol?

33 weeks pregnant and very cold. Sore throat that gets worse after 2 days, congestion, runny nose, sneezing.

Good morning, ma'am,
You are doing well with nasal hygiene and Tylenol. I encourage you to use Sinus Rinse as often as necessary during the day, there is no maximum number of times during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
For sore throats, in addition to Tylenol, lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can provide local relief and are safe. I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
