Antiphogistine should indeed be avoided during pregnancy. That being said, the structures of the back are quite deep, and it is unlikely that this product will be able to penetrate them.
Your best bet is acetaminophen (Tylenol and others), which is safe in all trimesters of pregnancy. Your pharmacist will be able to tell you what dose to take in the format you have chosen, and document your file to follow up on your condition.
