My 4 month old baby has a rash on his forehead and stomach?

Hello, I have a 4 month old baby. He has started to have redness and small pimples on his forehead on the right side and on his stomach. Is it eczema? I applied Aveno cream for eczema, on his forehead it is starting to crust and it looks like it is starting to go away but not on his tummy. He sleeps and eats as usual. Thanks
