11 month old baby has had a fever since last night; between 37.5 and 38.7 . He has a green runny nose but does not seem congested. He coughs little ( 2-3 times per 24h ) but when he coughs often he vomits... ( 5 times in the last 48h after coughing). Today he sleeps a lot... he has periods when he plays well and seems to be in shape, and then periods when he cries a lot and sleeps...
