Do I need to worry about this diarrhea? Do I have any other solution?

Hello, I have had diarrhea every day for about 5-6 days. Only in the evening! However, I have discomfort throughout the day ... cramps and false urges to have a bowel movement. I contacted my gastro nurse! She told me that it doesn't seem to be the disease that activates! She advised me to take probiotics and metamucil! However, no change... she said it could be related to the covid vaccine...

We do see people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) whose disease reactivates slightly during the 5 days following the COVID (inflammation) vaccine injection.
Why are you being monitored for gastro and how many days have you been taking the probiotics (and what kind)?

But why are you being followed in gastro :)?
For Align™, it will take more than 3 to 4 days before you feel the full effect. You would have to take them for at least 2 weeks in my opinion.
