I have a little bleeding during my bowel movement, what should I do?

Hello, for the last 3 days, when I expel my stools (poop) I bleed and I see small blood clots on the paper. Is this normal? I went 4 days without pooping, but since then I have been bleeding. Thanks
Should I be worried or is it just related to constipation?

In order to prevent constipation, I suggest consuming a lot of fiber, especially through fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and drinking a lot of liquids during the day to soften the stool.
You should also avoid straining: if you must strain, stop and try again later. You can apply an over-the-counter ointment such as Anusol to relieve the irritation if it occurs
