Does my baby's urine smell strong?

Hello, for the last few days, my baby's urine smells strong. We know right away that baby has peed because it smells.
Should I be worried? Should I go to the doctor or is this normal?

The smell of urine is not often indicative that there is a problem. In the majority of cases, this is related to the diet, and/or resolves itself. In the absence of other symptoms (such as fever, for example), there is no cause for concern.
