Hello,
When did you first notice this?
Are there or have there been other symptoms such as pain, fever or other?
19-year-old woman · 2 years ago
i have had it for about 1 month, I had no symptoms until 2-3 days ago when I felt that my throat had "swollen" on one side. it didn't look like it but I felt it slightly

Thank you for the information.
Nodes can become swollen secondary to an episode of fatigue, stress, illness (or vaccination) in particular. This does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it is temporary and there are no other symptoms such as pain in the affected area.
I suggest that you avoid touching and massaging the area as much as possible because it can irritate it.
If the situation persists for more than 2 weeks without improvement and without any symptoms of illness (such as a cold), you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I hope I have been helpful, I will remain available if you have any other questions.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

a month ago when I found the lump I had no symptoms but I was going through a lot of anxiety. Now the lump is still there and I still have a lot of stress so it could be related? because the area does not hurt

Yes, this can be related as described above. However, given that it has been a month, I suggest consulting, if only as a precaution.
