I have a recent positive pregnancy test and I am bleeding, is it serious?

Hello, Last Friday I took a pregnancy test which was positive and indicated 2-3 weeks. Since then I've had some pink/brown discharge in small quantities and not constant. I took another pregnancy test on Wednesday which still showed 2-3 and another one today which showed 3+.

Slight bleeding is common in early pregnancy, but this does not necessarily indicate a problem, especially if it is light and temporary.
