I've been taking the micronor contraceptive pill for 6 months and I'm breastfeeding my baby, I've never had any bleeding at all! Since yesterday, I'm doing Spotting and I'm halfway through my case.

Spotting, as long as it is mild and temporary, does not necessarily indicate a problem. It can happen even with the use of Micronor. I invite you to continue taking it if you are willing to do so and monitor the situation only.
