Is it better to go a few days beyond the recommended 112-day interval and get vaccinated when I get back from vacation (around 10 weeks)?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am due to receive my second dose of covid-19 vaccine next week (Pfizer). Since the side effects can be more important with the second dose, including fever which can cause miscarriage, and since I am going on vacation for 2 weeks 2 days after my vaccination date, I am wondering if it is a good idea to get vaccinated.

Hello,
I don't see a problem with a change of only a few days.
It is more important not to get a vaccine too early than to get it too late (or just later).

Is it better to wait until the 2nd trimester of pregnancy, even if it pushes back my second dose of vaccine by about 1 month?

There is no need to wait until the 2nd trimester, although the vaccine would not be less effective. However, it does delay the time of maximum protection offered by the 2nd dose.
