Since yesterday morning my 3 year old boy is throwing up everything he eats and he only has diarrhea? He doesn't want to know about the pedialyte in Popsicle or in his water and I put gravol in suppo but he vomits and goes to the toilet anyway. No pee just diarrhea Is it better to go to the hospital? Is he going to be dehydrated?

Good morning, ma'am,
You did the right thing by trying the Gravol suppository. I invite you to try again in case your child does not want it by mouth
During periods of calm, or when the Gravol begins to take effect, I invite you to give your child very small amounts to drink (water, juice, etc.), if possible, for example a sip every 3 to 5 minutes
If your child does not eat or drink anything for 24 hours, or if he/she shows signs of dehydration such as no or very little urine, no tears, amorphous state, you should consult a doctor quickly.
I hope this has been helpful, and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me
