no effect felt, just a feeling of having a little more energy. But my sleep is affected when I take the 20mg, with the 10mg it is slightly better. Can I take 15mg of trazodone to help me sleep with this medication?

Yes, in fact if your mood is fine with 20mg, it's better to stay with it, especially since you started the treatment just 2 months ago so it's not ideal to reduce the dose for now. Taking trazodone for sleep is a good idea, but I'm curious, when you take the medication early in the morning, do you have insomnia at night?
