Good morning, sir, Since when did you notice this? Thanks for the feedback, please forgive my delay! If the redness appears or worsens especially at the end of the day or when sweating, or after sexual relations, I would advise to try the antifungal cream based on clotrimazole (Canesten and company) 2 times a day for 10 to 14 days. Only use clear water to wash every day, or in a pinch, a mild, fragrance-free soap like Dove. Lightly pat dry. Remove foreskin well before and during cleaning and to apply the cream if you are not circumcised. If this does not work and the situation persists, I suggest consulting a doctor as a precaution.
