Can I put Polysporin on my boy's glans because his foreskin has come off?

My boy peeled off his foreskin. He had some of it still stuck to the glans. It hurts and looks raw. Can I apply a soothing or antiseptic cream like polysporin? He is 5 years old. He had a sticky part since birth. It only hurt when he urinated, he did not report any incident. It happened either while sleeping or touching himself

Hello, ma'am, How old is your son? How did the tear occur? Thanks for the feedback. If the area is bleeding, or the skin is open, clean with mild soap and water, rinse well and pat dry I suggest putting a bandage on but only while waiting to see a doctor if the skin is torn.
