My boy has pimples on his buttocks and I have been using clotrimaderm for about a week, he also has pimples on his mouth and do I use the same cream?

Oyi I took some pictures but only of his mouth though

No other lesions elsewhere

I had thought of foot hands mouths but no lesions in those places

The picture is not very conclusive, it could be related to several conditions. I would recommend not applying clotrimaderm to the face at this time. I think the best thing to do is to show the affected area to your pharmacist in person, this may be more helpful in determining what to do next and ensuring a close follow-up.
