Hello,
I do not recommend the application of Polysporin, among other things, because it can slow down the healing process.
Basic hygiene with water and mild soap like Dove is more than enough to keep the area clean. Lightly pat dry, then apply a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Base Glaxal, Cerave, Aveeno or other. This moisturizer should be applied often during the day, and immediately after applying Hydroval, and in maintenance as well, even when the situation improves.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

maybe better this one, hydroval or antibio without hydroval?

No antibiotics
If the lesion is open at this point, the application of Hydroval to the open area should be suspended and waited for it to close. It would be best to cover the open area with a bandage, as the skin heals better when covered.

Should I put the moisturizer on before covering it?
Could cicaplast do under the bandage?

The moisturizer, like the Hydroval, should be applied to skin that is not open. You can apply the moisturizer when the scab is solid and the lesion is healing.
After cleaning, lightly pat the area and apply a small bandage. Do not put anything on the lesion other than the bandage
Change the dressing only once a day, allowing the skin to rest unless the dressing becomes soiled.
