Can I put any kind of cream on the lesions? I currently use lanolin but is there anything better? Is it ok with pmb

Hello, My 11 month old baby had hand to mouth foot. I caught it and have sores on the tips of my nipples (baby is breastfed so I think I caught it that way since he had sores around his mouth and put it on my breast several times a day).

Hello ma'am, if lanolin is successful, you can apply it as often as needed during the day. We can also suggest a fragrance-free cream or lotion such as Base Glaxal or Aveeno to name a few.
