What cream can I use to soothe cheeks that crack due to cold/dry weather?

My 3 year old son has very dry cheeks and it cracks until it bleeds. He has eczema on the rest of his body. The vitamin E oil does not work, nor does the cheek stick from the brand lolo and me.

Hello Mrs., In this type of situation I think that a greasier agent such as Aquaphor should be used, which can be applied as often as necessary , including before and after outings, even if they are very short. There is no maximum number of applications per day, that's the important thing. Avoid using soap on the face, only water when bathing, and pat the skin instead of rubbing it.
