Hello I did a treatment metronidazole for vaginosis 500 mg twice a day 7 days I took my last dose Wednesday noon ... I have a dinner anniversary tonight can I take a drink I heard that it must wait a certain time after taking ... thank you

Yes, that's right. It is recommended to avoid alcohol for 3 days after the end of the medication.
