I am taking metoprolol 12.5 mg BID. Are brewer's yeast capsules, blessed thistle, fenugreek, domperidone compatible?

There is no interaction between your metoprolol and brewer's yeast, or blessed thistle or domperidone, so you can take them.

Note, however, the interaction between domperidone and grapefruit (fruit or juice), which could limit the elimination of metoprolol, thus increasing its concentration in your body. Grapefruit should not be consumed while taking domperidone.
