Hi, I recently started taking abilify 2mg in combination with venlafaxine 150mg. I take the abilify in the evenings before going to bed. However, since taking this medication my sleep is restless and I wake up early. My pharmacist told me that I could take the medication whenever I wanted. I would like to try taking it in the morning. Considering that I currently take it at night, how can I best make this change? best way?

Good morning, ma'am, Usually, for this medication, we suggest to simply change the time of intake directly from bedtime to morning, it is not necessary to go gradually. However, if you wish to go gradually, I suggest that you move the time of intake back 4 to 6 hours each day until you reach the desired time of intake.
