Do you "rub" your vulva with the paper?

Generally speaking, be gentle with this area. If you make a sudden or excessive attempt to clean your vulva after urinating, the toilet paper may very well tear. Also, as long as the toilet paper is slipped between the labia once, it should be thrown away. It cannot be reused to wipe other areas, for example.

You can also lightly run your toilet paper through warm water to prevent the paper from tearing, as an alternative.
