My mother has a great pain in her belly, since yesterday, which goes up to her neck (right side). What should I do?

Hello Ma'am, sorry for the delay!
How is she today? Does she have any other symptoms?
I'm going to need more information to analyze the situation.
Has she ever had these symptoms?
Is there anything surrounding the onset of pain that could explain the situation (food, injury, constipation, stress, etc.)?
Is she having reflux? Difficulty eating?
Is the belly pain more muscular or more related to gas/bloating and constipation/diarrhea?
What is the intensity of the pain on a scale of 1 to 10?
What does the appearance of the stool look like?
Is the neck pain present with particular movements?
When is its pain increased or decreased?
Is she taking any medications or natural health products?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,
Finally, she had an appointment with her doctor pretty quickly. She has to go for x-rays but it's getting better.
Thanks anyway for your response. This was my first time using the site so I see how it works :)
Thank you so much again!
Happy day
