I have been training recently and I find that my heart beats fast during exercise. Is this normal?

I am 23 years old and my heart rate can go up to 192 beats per minute during exercise. At rest, I am around 75-80. I compared it with other people and that's why I was wondering. Is it just because I'm out of shape?

Hello Ma'am,
The normal maximum heart rate is usually considered to be the result of the following equation: 220 - age.
So, depending on your age, the heart rate you encountered in training is considered normal. If it's higher than your friends, it's possibly because you're a little less fit, or simply because that's how your own body works.
Good evening,
