Can I still take naproxen twice a day as prescribed even though I am breastfeeding?

Hello, I was prescribed naproxen by my doctor because I have a sprained back! I am currently breastfeeding my two week old daughter.

Hello Ma'am,

Yes, naproxen can be taken while breastfeeding.

However, its use should be limited to only a few days.

So start reinstating movement now (depending on your tolerance), and massage.
