Is this medication safe for the baby? Is there an alternative?

I just found out I am pregnant. 4.2 weeks. I am taking medication for my hives. I take 4 Rupall tablets and 1 Monteluka tablet a day.

First of all, congratulations!
For Montelukast, although it is not a first line agent in pregnancy, if it is necessary to control urticaria, there is no problem to continue taking it and it is not recommended to stop. Current data suggest that there is no significant risk to the child throughout the pregnancy.
For Rupall, this is a drug for which we unfortunately do not have data in pregnancy, but no worrying elements have been reported to date. As a simple safety measure, it is usually recommended to switch to a molecule that has safety studies. Among others, cetirizine, loratadine or hydroxyzine can be used!
