Hello Mrs.!
For aches and pains, headaches and sore throats, your best treatment is acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands), which is safe every trimester! Just be sure to choose the "regular" or "extra strength" kind, not the cold/sinus/flu kind.
You can also use lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend that are safe during pregnancy.
Also important, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can decrease their backward flow, which often causes congestion, discharge, and coughing. It's a little uncomfortable but works great!
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference.
Finally, I invite you to go to the following link to evaluate the relevance of being screened for COVID-19, which remains the best way to avoid complications for you and those around you:
I hope this has helped you, and I remain available if you have any further questions!
