Hello, ma'am,
Tylenol and lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend can relieve throat irritation and are safe during pregnancy.
I would also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
If you have any runny or stuffy nose at all, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
If your symptoms persist for more than a week without improvement, you should consult a physician as a precaution.
I hope I have been helpful to you, and I remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
