I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse. These can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Clearing the secretions can reduce the congestion and runoff in the throat that often causes coughing. It's a little uncomfortable but works extremely well!
