I have a sore throat, cough and blocked sinuses (covid 19 positive), but I am pregnant! I feel like my throat is swollen. What can I take for the sore throat?

Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles!
Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is the first-line medication for pain. Lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can provide local relief of irritation and are safe.
I highly recommend nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime for congestion and coughing
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
