Hello and thank you for the question :)
In order to answer you well I have a few questions of my own:
1- how long have you been sick?
2- Have you been in contact with anyone positive for Covid? (Nausea and diarrhea can be symptoms of Covid)
3- how old is your child and do you breastfeed exclusively (or does he/she also eat and drink something other than your milk)?
Thank you I'm looking forward to hearing from you,
Emmanuelle

Hello,
  1. Only as of last night.
  2. No I have not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive.
  3. I am breastfeeding exclusively. My baby is going to be 4 months old in a week (he is premature so in corrected age he is 2 months old).
Thanks:)

Ok perfect, thank you.
In fact, it is important to keep yourself well hydrated (water with orange juice + salt, or gatorade diluted with water).
This is most important.
If the heartache is very bothersome you can take gravol. Occasional doses of gravol do not cause problems in the baby, nor do they cause a decrease in milk production. However, one should watch if the child has unusual sleepiness.
Otherwise, for diarrhea, I would let it run its course. Usually it doesn't last long.
The key is to hydrate properly.
I hope this helps a little :)
Happy day,
Emmanuelle
