I took my medication at the wrong time?

Hello, I was mistaken, I thought it was earlier, but I took my morning medication at 2am... Then I had taken my evening medication around midnight. And it seems to me that there is one of my morning meds that I have to take at least 4 hours apart with my calcium that I take at night. If not, I don't know, I think it mitigates the effect of the other medication... And now I seem to be confused but it's stressing me out a bit and I can't remember what other medication it is.
