I just found out that I am pregnant and I am taking a pressure medication: adalat. I am wondering if I can continue to take this medication.

Hello, thank you for your question!
Adalat is indeed one of the medications that can be given for high blood pressure control, during pregnancy. It is not, however, the drug of choice. If you were taking the medication and are newly pregnant, I strongly suggest, as a precaution, that you notify your pharmacist and physician, to ensure better monitoring of your condition.
Hopefully, I have been of assistance to you, and remain available if you have any further questions!
